Refunds
Goods Refund requests must be made within 7 days after receipt of your goods. Refunds for Services All services sold on our Site are non-refundable. Cancellation of services on day, No Refund will be issued. 48 hours prior to booking cancellation will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
Returns can be made in person at Mellow Fun store, Returns can be made by mail. To return any items by mail, follow the following procedure: Pack your goods and Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage to have it shipped backed us.
